On a few of the days, stilted Uncle Sam was accompanied by another stilted friend. We're not entirely sure who the other character is, but the jacket is fantastic.
The stilted Uncle Sam was seen at the Upper West Side polling station at West 102nd Street between Amsterdam and Columbus on Sunday, and then was seen again at the polling place at West 95th Street and West End on Tuesday.
