Is it true that Supervisor Anna Throne-Holst has forced each CAC chair to meet with her and read aloud the "rules of operation" for the CACs? One CAC head was informed that she must read aloud the entire memo over the phone to her secretary since she could not come into the office, due to other professional and family obligations that week. Reading aloud ???
