Hampton Bays Woman Sentenced After Fatal DWI Accident in Water Mill
The woman was sentenced in court last week.

A Hampton Bays woman who pleaded guilty to manslaughter after she was involved in a DWI accident that killed a Water Mill man back in April, was sentence to a minimum of two years in jail last week, according to a report in 27east.
Allison Rydberg, 25, had a blood alcohol level of 0.25 when she crashed into a utility pole on Montauk Highway, killing passenger Jason Pollak, 24, according to the report.
She pleaded guilty to first-degree vehicular manslaughter, aggravated DWI, and excessive speeding in November, according to the report. Last Tuesday, Justice Fernando Comacho sentenced Rydberg to serve in state prison from 28 months to seven years, according to the report.
