Polar Bear Plunge to Take Place at Rogers Beach on Sunday
The Westhampton Beach High School Student Government will host the event to raise money for a holiday adopt-a-family program.

In an effort to raise money for a holiday adopt-a-family project, the Westhampton Beach High School Student Government is holding its second annual Polar Bear Plunge.
The plunge will take place on Sunday, Dec. 14 at Rogers Beach in Westhampton Beach at 9:30 a.m. All community members are invited to participate. Pre-registration is $20 and registration on the day of the event is $30.
All of the proceeds, along with money raised from a first annual Turkey Bowl football game and upcoming bake sales will go toward the purchase gifts and other items for two families in need.
