Police: Hampton Bays Arrested For Drug Charges Also Charged For Making Graffiti in 2014
The arrest was made on Friday night.

A Hampton Bays man was arrested on Friday night for possession of marijuana in Hampton Bays, which led to another charge for making graffiti in East Quogue last year, according to Southampton Town Police.
Scott Marisicano, 27, was stopped for a traffic violation on Red Creek Road and found to be in possession of a bag of marijuana, police said.
He was transported to Southampton Town Police headquarters for arrest processing, where he was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, according to police.

Further Investigation led Marisicano being charged for making graffiti for an incident that occurred at the railroad bridge near Emmett Drive, in East Quogue, in the fall of 2014, police said.
