What happened to Stop and Shop? I can understand that with the closing of King Kullen, customers are now going there, but I cannot blame all of the new problems on this. Lack of stock (before the snow storms and after), large lines at the deli counter, waiting to check-out with 3 lanes open, hand scanner stations unplugged or not charged and the filth in the bottle-plastic area. Most of these problems would be fixed by hiring more help. The rest lies on management.
