Blood Drive May 27 at Lakeland Copper Beech MS

Spring is here, and blood donations are needed throughout the area. To help in providing these life-saving donations, Lakeland Copper Beech Middle School will host a blood drive on Wednesday May 27, 2015 from 3:30pm—8:00pm.

The Middle School has been holding blood drives a couple of times a year and has collected more than 1,600 units of blood since 2004.

The drive will be held in Cafeteria A at the school located at 3401 Old Yorktown Rd. Yorktown Heights, NY.

Anyone wishing to donate should bring identification with photo and signature with you. Remember to eat and drink well prior to donating.
• Donors must weigh at least 110 pounds and be between the ages of 16*-75 years of age. (76 and over please bring a note from your physician in order to donate)
• *16 Year old donors require parental permission on the forms provided by the New York Blood Center, which will be available at the blood drive and can be emailed upon request.
