Somers Central School District residents approved the proposed budget for 2016-17, which includes a spending increase of 0.24 percent, by a vote of 922 to 303.
The tax levy will increase by 0.12 percent under the spending plan. The estimated tax rate percentage will increase by 0.63 percent.
