Weekend, Fourth of July Forecast for Somers, Yorktown
We'll let you know what to expect this weekend, and what they're saying about the upcoming Fourth of July weekend too.

In the here and now, Mother Nature continues an impressive run of good weather as we head into this upcoming weekend in the lower Hudson Valley.
"A fantastic summer weekend is also ahead of us," said Bill Potter of Hudson Valley Weather. "Saturday and Sunday both should see a great deal of sunshine, low humidity levels, and afternoon highs between 85° and 90°. So while it will be rather hot (not really bad for this time of year), the humidity will be low, making for a rather comfortable time in the shade."

Once again no rain is in the forecast this weekend and we’ll see plenty of sunshine too with temps in the low to mid 80s.
But all eyes turn to the following weekend, which is a three-day extravaganza of barbecues, celebrations and, of course, fireworks.

Saturday and Sunday have a mix of sun and clouds, but on the actual Fourth of July holiday some rain is predicted in the morning. So it also doesn’t appear to be a complete washout either. We’ll continue to update that forecast.
