ā¢ CARE team introduces extended hours to improve access (dailytarheel.com) ā Carrboro residents now have access to the CARE crisis response team from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. on weekdays, thanks to expanded hours and earlier service expansion into town. The Chapel HillāCarrboro program sends mental health and medical professionals instead of police to appropriate 911 calls, funded largely by a state grant and coordinated with Orange County.

ā¢ Community mixtape project displays Chapel Hill as more than just a college town (dailytarheel.com) ā Carrboro gets a nod in a new Chapel Hill community mixtape project that highlights the broader ecosystem of Chapel Hill, Carrboro, and Orange County beyond just UNC.
