3. WWII 'Doc' takes flight in Cleveland, reunited with veteran who saved it from the desert (cleveland19.com) — A restored WWII B-29 bomber nicknamed "Doc" is visiting Burke Lakefront Airport, giving Cleveland-area residents a rare chance to see and even ride in the historic aircraft. South Euclid native and Air Force veteran Tony Mazzolini, who helped rescue the plane from the Mojave Desert decades ago, watched it take flight over Cleveland before it continues its national tour.
   

4. Counseling needed after wedding rehearsal dinner: Orange Police Blotter (cleveland.com) — Orange police recently handled a tense dispute over a nearly $15,000 rehearsal dinner bill, ultimately negotiating a reduced payment and civil agreement. In separate traffic stops, officers arrested Cleveland drivers on I-271 and Orange Place for warrants and driving without a license, underscoring how Cleveland residents' cases can quickly escalate when traveling through nearby suburbs.
