• Jackson begins hydrant flushing project (thetelegramnews.com) — Jackson's Water Distribution and Wastewater Department has started several weeks of daytime hydrant flushing, which may temporarily discolor tap water in different parts of town. Residents are urged to run cold water until it clears, avoid doing laundry during active flushing nearby, and call the City of Jackson Utility Office with any questions.
