Bad Girl Fitness is a training studio exclusively for women!
Imagine that you can move, feel and look better. All it takes is 24 minutes, 3 times a
week. This is Metabolic Resistance Training (MRT). MRT improves cardiovascular health,
increases flexibility, strengthens your core, builds lean muscle and burns fat; all in one workout.
Bad Girl Fitness workouts are scientifically designed around this concept. Bad Girls swing kettle
balls, press sand bags, and slam medicine balls and in return they get stronger, leaner and
healthier.
