Home, Vehicle Burglarized In Lower Merion Township: Police

The incident occurred overnight on Aug. 18, according to police.

LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP, PA – A Lower Merion Township home was burglarized over the weekend, according to township police. A vehicle was also hit by the burglar, police said.

Police said a home on the 300 block of Clwyd Road in the Bala Cynwyd section of the township was burglarized during the overnight hours of Aug. 18.

The suspect got inside a garage attached to the home by forcing open a window, police said.

Once inside stole woodworking tools, police said. The suspect also stole items from inside an unlocked vehicle, police said.
