Lower Merion Man Arrested After Overdose in Malvern
A brand new Range Rover vanished from a Malvern driveway overnight and was found later in Philadelphia. No arrests have been made.

A Lower Merion man was arrested after it was discovered he purchased the heroin that led to an overdose, according to the Tredyffrin Township Police.
The incident took place on November 25 at about 2:06 p.m. on Georgetown Drive in Malvern.
Authorities encountered an individual suffering from an overdose. They heroically used the anti-opioid drug Narcan to save the victim's life.

An investigation revealed that Joel Wimmer, 25, of Bala Cynwyd, was responsible for purchasing the heroin that led to the overdose of the victim. He was arrested at the scene and possession of heroin and paraphernalia.
A preliminary hearing is pending.
