Mayor Kenney Denounces City Solicitor's Involvement In Anti-Trump Vandalism: Report
Duncan Lloyd is still employed as an assistant city solicitor after being involved in the Chestnut Hill incident, according to reports.

Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney has denounced the actions of Assistant City Solicitor Duncan Lloyd who was involved in a vandalism incident in Chestnut Hill that defaced a grocery story with anti-Trump graffiti, according to Philly.com.
Kenney told the outlet the vandalism is "hateful graffiti" and that the actions are unacceptable regardless of where someone works, but called it a "dumb mistake."
Kenney said Lloyd is still employed with the city in the Law Department, according to Philly.com.

Craig Straw, the first deputy city solicitor in the City of Philadelphia Law Department, confirmed Wednesday that Lloyd is one of the men seen in the video.
“To my knowledge, Mr. Lloyd has already contacted the Philadelphia Police and is cooperating with them," Straw said in a statement. "We will decide on a course of action once we obtain more information about the investigation. We do not condone this type of behavior from our employees.”

Philly.com reports no arrests have been made as of Thursday.
While Lloyd is not seen committing the vandalism, he is seen taking photos of the vandalism in security footage.
On Wednesday, chairman of Philadelphia's Republican Party Joe DeFelice called for Lloyd's firing in a statement.
"The taxpayers should be entrusting exactly none of our faith into this man," DeFelice said in his statement.
The estimated value of damages to the Fresh Market at 8200 Germantown Ave., Philadelphia is between $3,000 and $10,000 due to the composition of the stone used during the construction of the facade,
police said.
According to Lloyd's LinkedIn page, he has been employed by the city since 2011 and is a Temple and Penn alumnus.
