• Santarsiero announces state funding for projects across Senate district (bucksindependence.com) — Doylestown is set to benefit from significant new state funding, including money for a Doylestown Hospital courier van, upgraded radios and a drone for township and regional police, and a full revitalization of the Doylestown Y skatepark. Additional grants will improve Moravian Tile Works, American Legion Post 210, and the Oscar Hammerstein Museum, while also bolstering emergency services and community spaces across nearby Bucks County towns.

• Bucks County Biotech Hub and Doylestown Hospital Land State Grants for New Projects (bucksco.today) — Doylestown residents should know that Doylestown Hospital is receiving $35,000 in state funds to replace its aging courier van, helping keep medications and lab work moving reliably. The Pennsylvania Biotechnology Center and other Doylestown and New Hope projects are also sharing in nearly $2.9 million in Local Share Account grants aimed at strengthening research, public safety, and community services.

• The Citizen Recommends: Bucks County, USA (thephiladelphiacitizen.org) — Doylestown and the wider Central Bucks community take center stage in a new WHYY documentary series, "Bucks County, USA," which explores school board fights, COVID-era tensions, and efforts by local educators and students to bridge deep political divides. The five-part series uses familiar places and people to examine how national culture wars are playing out in Bucks County classrooms and neighborhoods.
