4. Forecasters Issue Apologies as Pa. Spared From ‘Snowmageddon2015’ (Jan. 27)

Eastern Pennsylvania was spared from what had been dubbed on social media as #Snowmageddon2015.

5. Crayola Apologizes For Off-Color Posts After Facebook Hack (Jan. 13)

• Sexually-explicit cartoons depicting women’s breasts were among the offensive items posted by the hackers, leaving fans confused and upset.

6. Criminal Charges Recommended Against Pa. Attorney General (Jan. 8)

A special prosecutor and grand jury recommended that criminal charges be filed against Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen G. Kane.

7. Shane Montgomery’s Body Found (Jan. 3)

The Garden State Underwater Recovery Unit found Montgomery’s body in the Schuylkill River in Manayunk. He had been missing since Thanksgiving.

8. That WAS an Earthquake in Chester County Last Night (Jan. 26)

If you felt the earth move under your feet Sunday night, you weren’t imagining things -- there was a small earthquake in Chester County, the U.S. Geological Survey said

9. Lansdale’s Molly Maguire’s Closes (Jan. 20)

The restaurant, which was located on West Main Street in Lansdale, was part of a chain.

10. I-76 Closed After Massive Pileup Involving Two Dozen Cars (Jan. 18)

About 60 people were involved in the accident as freezing rain and ice made travel dangerous on I-76.
