Delco Escapee Remains At Large, Last Seen In Lansdowne: Police
Carolyn Quiah, 27, of Glenolden, escaped custody Sept. 13 and was last seen in a Lansdowne beauty store on Friday, Sept. 14, police said.
A woman who escaped from Delaware County authorities on Thursday, Sept. 13 is still on the loose and police said she was last seen Friday in a Delco business.
According to Upper Darby Police, Carolyn Quiah, 27, of Glenolden, is still free after escaping custody last week in the Secane area.
Police said while they do not believe she poses a threat to the public, they are sill asking the public to stay vigilant and lock homes and vehicles.

Police said Quiah was last spotted on at about 6:57 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 14 in a beauty supply store on the 100 block of Baltimore Pike in Lansdowne.
Photos of Quiah's clothing and the vehicle she was driving were released by police in an effort to help the public aid police in finding her.

Police said she was driving a gold 2006 to 2010 Kia Sedona LX that has roof racks and a square sticker on the driver's side windshield.
She was wearing dark pants and a green jacket while carrying a white tote bag, according to police.
Police said she is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs about 140 pounds.
Quiah was in custody after being arrested on Sept. 11 and was charged with simple assault, possession of an instrument of crime, harassment, and criminal mischief, according to court records.
Anyone who sees Quiah is asked to call 911 immediately and should not approach her. Anonymous tips about her location can be submitted by calling Upper Darby Police at (610) 734-7693.
