Delco Man Charged With Rape, Sexual Assault, Strangulation, More
A 22-year-old Secane man is accused of physically and sexually assaulting a person in Upper Darby over the weekend.
UPPER DARBY, PA — A Delaware County man has been charged with rape, sexual assault, and more in connection with an incident in Upper Darby Township.
Upper Darby Police said they have arrested Michael Kotwicki, 22, of Secane.
Kotwicki was taken into custody Tuesday police said.

Charged filed against him include rape, sexual assault, strangulation, false imprisonment, endangering the welfare of a child, and related crimes, court records show.
The charges stem from a Jan. 17 incident in Upper Darby Township.

The Delaware County Daily Times reports Kotwicki is accused of physically assaulting a woman and their child, raping the woman, and threatening to kill her.
Court records show Kotwicki previously pleaded guilty to simple assault in connection with an April 2019 incident, and also pleaded guilty to an invasion of privacy related charge in connection with a February 2017 incident
