Haverford Crime Blotter: Thefts, Stolen Car, Bikes Taken, More

HAVERFORD TOWNSHIP, PA — Police in Haverford Township released their weekly crime blotter Wednesday.

Incidents in the blotter occurred between Oct. 15 and Oct. 20.

The blotter also features arrests made and citations issued.

INCIDENTS:

• Theft at the 100 block of Flintlock Road on Oct. 15 at 10:50 a.m. – Unlocked vehicle was entered – a wallet, loose change and a telescope was stolen.
• Bicycle Theft at the unit block of Greenview Road on Oct. 15 at 1:03 p.m.
• Theft at the unit block of Meadowbrook Road on Oct. 15 at 11:57 p.m. – Two unlocked vehicles were entered – loose change and tools were stolen.
• Theft at the 100 block of Foster Avenue on Oct. 16 at 12:12 p.m. – Unlocked vehicle was entered; electronic cords, two EZ Pass transponders, registration and insurance card were stolen.
• Retail Theft at Kohl’s, 200 block of West Chester Pike, on Oct. 17 at 9:57 p.m. – An unknown male fled the store with an unknown amount of merchandise.
• Attempted Bicycle Theft at the unit block of Pennsylvania Avenue on Oct. 19 at 6:59 p.m.
• Theft at the 2500 block of Belmont Avenue on Oct. 20 at 1:02 p.m. – Catalytic converter was stolen from a vehicle.
• Motor Vehicle Theft at Wilkie Lexus, 500 block of W. Lancaster Avenue, on Oct. 20 at 1 p.m.

ARRESTS:

• 23-year-old male, 300 block of Kent Road, Wynnewood. Charges: DUI and careless driving. Location: 2500 block of Olcott Avenue.Date: Oct. 16 at 12:34 a.m.
• 48-year-old female, 3200 block of Township Line Road, Drexel Hill. Charges: Retail theft, disorderly conduct, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Location: Giant, 100 block of West Township Line Road. Date: Oct. 16 at 9:20 p.m.
• 20-year-old male, 400 block of Glendale Road, Havertown. Charges: DUI, damage to property, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Location: 100 block of Glendale Road. Date: Oct. 18 at 6:01 a.m.
• 27-year-old male, 400 block of Logan Street, Norristown. Charges: Possession of a control substance and drug paraphernalia with the intent to deliver, suspended driver’s license, no insurance or registration. Location: 2000 block of West Chester Pike. Date: Oct. 19 at 7:26 p.m.
