Man Masturbated, Exposed Genitals In Delco Grocery Store: Police
A man is accused of exposing his genitals and masturbating inside a Concord Township Wegman's store, Pennsylvania State Police said.
CONCORD TOWNSHIP, PA — A Chester County man has been charged with indecent exposure, stalking, and more crimes after authorities said he exposed his genitals and masturbated in a Delaware County grocery store.
According to Pennsylvania State Police, Thomas Worth, 22, of Birmingham Township, was taken into custody Thursday following an incident on Aug. 21 at the Wegman's grocery store in Concord Township.
Police said Worth went into the store at about 5 p.m. Aug. 21.

He then exposed his genitals and masturbated inside the store, police said.
Shoppers and Wegman's security cameras witnessed the incident, according to police.

Police later identified the man as Worth and has a warrant issued for his arrest.
He is charged with stalking, indecent exposure, open lewdness, and harassment.
Worth is being held after failing to post 10 percent of $25,000 bail.
His preliminary hearing is scheduled for Sept. 14, court records show.
