HAVERFORD TOWNSHIP, PA — Police in Haverford Township are urging residents to avoid using standalone mail boxes due to recent mail thefts.
According to police, thieves are either fishing mail out of the standalone boxes or obtaining keys to the boxes to steal mail.
These thefts are occurring at night, police said.
