Chalfont Bank Robber Wore Full Face Mask, Wig: Police

The man is also believed to be responsible for two other robberies of Wells Fargo branches in June.

New Britain Township Police and the FBI are seeking the public’s help finding a man who robbed a Wells Fargo Bank on County Line Road Wednesday. The man is also believed to be responsible for the robbery of the same branch on June 13, as well a June 2 robbery of a Wells Fargo branch in Philadelphia.

Wednesday’s robbery happened just after 2 p.m., when the man came into the bank with a gun and demanded money from the teller, according to the FBI. He allegedly fired one shot but no one was injured.

After obtaining an undisclosed amount of cash, the man fled the area, the FBI said.

According to information from the FBI, the subject wore a full face mask and gray wig made to resemble an older white male. His actual race and age are unknown, according to authorities. He is approximately six feet tall with a heavy build.

On Wednesdsay, police said he wore a long-sleeved green and white gingham pattern shirt over a white v-neck t-shirt, dark-colored pants, sunglasses and what looked like brown driving gloves.
