Lansdale Declares Snow Emergency Effective Wednesday Morning

Lansdale has declared a snow emergency effective at 7 a.m. Wednesday.

The region is expected to get between two and four inches of snow, according to the latest projections from the National Weather Service.

A snow emergency is declared in Lansdale when snowfall accumulation of two inches or more is forecasted and snowplowing is expected on borough streets.

During a snow emergency, parking is prohibited where snow alert signs are posted.

A winter weather advisory goes into effect from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Wednesday.
