When complete, the brewery will boast brewing, manufacturing, and warehouse uses, with half of the building functioning as a taproom that will be open to the public, according to owner Gregg Bonstein.
Bonstein said he anticipates having 10 beers on tap, with a rotating schedule of lagers, IPAs, Belgians, wheat beers, stouts, pale ales, and some "fun experimental stuff." For those who prefer an alternative to beer, there will be cider, wines and spirits.

If you'd like to enjoy a meal with your beer, you can bring your own food, or order take out. While there will be an assortment of snacks for sale, the establishment by law is "BYOF" (bring your own food). There are also plans for a rotating food truck schedule, as well as other fun events like live music, trivia, movie nights and more. The space will also be available for private party bookings.
In Jamison,Warwick Farm Brewing is currently finishing up land developments to build a taproom to open in 2019. The taproom and brewery will be located on a farm off Almshouse Road. Specific details on an opening date have not yet been released.
You may have already tried beers by Warwick Farm Brewing; they've previously served at festivals at Froehlich's Farm on York Road in Furlong.
Next up is a "much-anticipated" brewery coming to Bristol this year.
Odd Logic Brewing Co., which represented at the Washington Crossing Brewfest in the fall, announced in October it was working to prepare a location on Route 13, where it will brew small batch beers and have food trucks serve food.
Odd Logic is also planning to open a brewpub on Radcliffe Street in Bristol. A timeline for that opening is not known. In October, Odd Logic announced "we truly hope it will be ready at some point next summer."
As for the beer garden, the Trolley Barn Public Market is under construction in Quakertown. Once complete, it will be a 19,000-square-foot market across the tracks from the old train station. It will feature up to a dozen vendors, including a pub, café and the beer garden.
The Trolley Barn Beer Garden will feature more than 9,500 square feet of outdoor garden area, open-air seating, a covered pavilion, and a large game area complete with games like cornhole.
