Pickering Manor Raffling Off A Brand New Car: Here Are The Details

NEWTOWN, PA — Which would you choose, a new car or $25,000?

That’s the enviable choice the winner of the 12th Annual 2025 Pickering Manor car raffle will need to make on April 25 when the winning ticket is drawn. Second prize is a $1,000 VISA gift card.

Ticket sales kicked off in late 2024 with the winning ticket to be drawn during a cocktail reception on April 25. Only 800 tickets are available for purchase at $100 each. To purchase a ticket, click here.

Proceeds from the raffle support Pickering Manor, a unique non-profit retirement community located in the heart of historic Newtown.

The First National Bank and Trust of Newtown is the sponsor of this year’s car raffle and
Peruzzi Automotive Group is providing the car. The winner will have a choice of $25,000 in cash or one of the following SUVs - a 2025 Buick Envista Preferred, a 2025 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport 5, a 2025 Mazda CX-30 2.5 S, or a 2025 Nissan Kicks SV.

After 1 p.m. on Friday, April 25, tickets will only be available for sale at the cocktail reception and prize drawing at 5:30 p.m. at Pickering Manor, 226 North Lincoln Avenue, Newtown. The winning ticket is scheduled to be drawn at 6:30 p.m.
