Police Seek Pair Who Stole Newtown Resident's ID, Opened Credit Cards
A Newtown Township resident's identity was stolen — and now police are seeking a duo who used the information to make numerous purchases.

A Newtown Township resident's identity was stolen — and now police are seeking a duo who used the information to open credit card accounts at numerous retailers.
According to police, the suspects used the credit cards to make purchases from Feb. 19-21 at Best Buy, Gap, Macy's and Lowe's stores in the Maryland and Washington, D.C. area.
The pair, described as black males in their mid-20s, purchased saws, laptops and more, police said. They were driving a white, four-door sedan, police said.
