Man Shot, Left For Dead In Montco Alley

An investigation is underway after authorities in Montgomery County say a man was found dead in an alley on Tuesday morning. Authorities say they are treating the case as a homicide.

The victim was found lying on the ground on a Norristown street at 7:15 a.m.
