2 Charged With Robbery, Assault After SEPTA Station Shooting Incident
Philly Police said Trevon Gordon and Marquan Best assaulted and robbed a man, who then shot at them, at a SEPTA station in February.

PHILADELPHIA — Two men are in Philadelphia Police custody in connection with a Feb. 24 shooting at a SEPTA Station.
Trevon Gordon, 21, and Marquan Best, 23, both of Philadelphia, are charged with aggravated assault, robbery, firearm violations, and more.
The incident unfolded at about 9 p.m. at the subway station at Broad Street and Hunting Park Avenue.

A 22-year-old man was show twice at that time and location, police said.
It all began as an altercation and robbery on a subway train involving a man and three other men.

During the altercation and robbery, the target of the three men, who was armed, shot his gun towards the suspects during the altercation, police said.
The robbery suspects were not injured, but the 22-year-old bystander was hit by gunfire.
Police took the shooter into custody at the scene. He was then taken to Albert Einstein Medical Center for minor injuries and was released without charges.
SEPTA Police and Philadelphia Police identified Gordon and Best as the men involved in the robbery.
