Expect live music, food, local vendors, a celebrity dunk tank, family activities, and Halloween costume hunting, all while supporting HIV/AIDS service organizations across the Philadelphia region.
   

2. 2 men shot in North Philadelphia on Sunday night, police say (nbcphiladelphia.com) — Two men were critically wounded in a shooting on the 3600 block of North Sixth Street in North Philadelphia just after 8 p.m. Sunday. Police recovered a weapon but have made no arrests and are asking anyone with information to contact the Philadelphia Police Department's tip line as the investigation continues.
