101.1 More FM Christmas Contest: Phoenixville MS A Semifinalist

PHOENIXVILLE, PA — Phoenixville Area Middle School's Choir has been named a semifinalist in 101.1 More FM's Christmas Choir Competition.

Selected choirs from around the Philadelphia region are played on the radio in the morning and then audiences can vote for their favorites throughout the day.

You can vote for Phoenixville Middle School until 9 p.m. on Monday. Students are performing "Fa la la la."

They are up against Eleanor Rush Intermediate School from Cinnaminson, New Jersey, and Spring-Ford Middle School.

Winners from three days of semifinal rounds this week will face off in a final competition next week. Finalists will be announced at 7 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 1.

The grand prize winner of 101.1 More FM's 8th Annual Christmas Choir Competition receives a $5,000 cash prize and an opportunity to perform with The Philly Pops at the Kimmel Center in Philadelphia.
