• Food Tossed, Cockroaches Found in Chester County Inspections (mychesco.com) — Chester County health inspectors recently reviewed numerous food facilities, including Kona Ice King of Prussia and Thai Restaurant on Nutt Road in Phoenixville, and found them in compliance on Sept. 16. Other schools, restaurants, and clubs elsewhere in the county were cited for issues like improper food temperatures, pests, and weak sanitizer levels, with some food discarded and equipment sidelined until fixed.
