ALIQUIPPA, PA — The state Department of Agriculture's Bureau of Food Safety has ordered the closure of a chain pizza place here because of an imminent health hazard.
Domino's Pizza on Broadhead Road was shut down following an inspection on Tuesday. The eatery had been operating for several days without an operational hot water heater, thus rendering impossible sanitation and employee hand washing.
"The facility operating without hot water for proper sanitation and food borne illness control is an imminent health hazard," the bureau inspection report stated.
