Cooking with Flair: Extreme Foods, Extreme Fun!

Cooking with Flair: Extreme Foods, Extreme Fun! - CH08, CH24   Ages 6-10
Campers will learn basic knife skills, food safety and cooking fundamentals while preparing fun, over the top dishes such as bacon wrapped, deep-fried smores, loaded mac and cheese, mile high pie, bacon burger dogs, overstuffed chicken breasts and many other fun and unusual foods. Students should bring a cutting board and chef’s knife with them to camp. Please label your child’s materials with a permanent marker. Camper’s should also bring a light snack or money for a snack during the class break. Aprons will be provided unless campers choose to bring one from home. Due to the nature of this camp, Sweetwater is unable to accommodate food allergies/dietary restrictions.
