DUI Driver’s Headlights Were Off In Fatal Rt. 611 Crash: Police

Charges have been filed against a Montgomery County man who police say ran a red light with his headlights off when he was allegedly drunk during a fatal crash on Rt. 611 last month. The wreck killed his friend, a Bucks County resident.
