Fatal Hotel Shooting, Malnourished Boy: Lower Bucks Co. News

A New Jersey man was in custody for allegedly shooting his girlfriend in a Bensalem hotel and then threatening harm to her family.

LOWER BUCKS COUNTY, PA —A New Jersey man accused of killing his girlfriend in a township hotel room Wednesday morning wanted to kill her family, authorities said. Meanwhile, a Philadelphia man has been convicted for a crime in which he held a family hostage inside a Bucks County hotel room, authorities said.

A Philadelphia jury convicted Eric Alamo, 48, of Philadelphia on Tuesday for his role in the kidnapping and robbery of two victims in the city’s Kensington area, District Attorney Larry Krasner said.
