BUCKS COUNTY, PA —Bucks County's first Tesla store has been open for about three months in Warminster. But its property is now up for sale —for $18.9 million.

The York Road property comes with a 12-year lease and no plans state that Tesla is closing up shop, even though the company has not been the darlings of Wall Street of late.

Meanwhile, owners of a longtime Bristol Township restaurant addressed why that business is now up for sale.

New Taphouse Opening Saturday In Newtown Borough

Second Sin Brewing Company of Bristol Township is opening its Newtown Borough taproom at noon on Saturday at 17 N. State St. Extensive renovations began last fall. When completed, the 1400-square-foot taproom will be the second location for Second Sin, which is home-based inside the Keystone Industrial Park in Bristol Township where its brewing operations are located and it runs a taproom. Tesla's New Property Up For Sale In Bucks County

Less than three months after opening its first store in Bucks County, Tesla's 56,651-square-foot property in Warminster Township is up for sale. The old Pathmark property at 700 York Road has been put on the market, real estate broker LoopNet said. It is listed for $18.9 million. Tesla opened its showroom and service center in early February.
