LOWER BUCKS COUNTY, PA —A Bensalem Township middle schooler died in a Halloween triple shooting and the person of interest was found dead in Ohio two days later of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Meanwhile, Perkins closed after 40 years in Warminster Township.
