Massachusetts Man Intended To Deliver Cocaine: Rhode Island State Police
The Bellingham man manufactured or possessed the cocaine, police said.
A Massachusetts man intended to deliver cocaine, police said.
Christian Dunbar, 38, was charged with manufacturing or possessing cocaine with the intent to deliver, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
Dunbar was arrested shortly before 4 p.m. Saturday, according to the release.
