Central Falls Check Kiter Surrenders: Cops
The Central Falls woman was arrested Saturday, police said.
CENTRAL FALLS, RI — A Central Falls woman was charged with check kiting, police said.
Kimbery Maxwell, 44, surrendered to troopers at the Lincoln Woods Barracks shortly before noon Saturday and charged with check kiting oer $1,000, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
Maxwell was processed, arraigned and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court, police said.
