Cranston Cops Searching For Citgo Smash-And-Grabber
The man smashed through the front door and grabbed cigarettes and cash, police said.

CRANSTON, RI — The police are searching for a burglar who smashed out the door of a Citgo station and stole cigarettes and cash.
A passerby alerted police to the break-in at the 480 Pontiac Ave. Citgo shortly before 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Police released a photo of the man wanted in connection with the burglary.

The man appears to be in his early 30s and was wearing an olive green bomber style jacket, a brown or tan camouflage hoodie, gray pants, a tan winter ha and a blue cross-body satchel worn on the front of his torso under his jacket.
"If you recognize this individual or have any information, please contact Detective Derek Braga at 401-477-5220 or at dbraga@cranstonpoliceri.gov," the Cranston police said in a Facebook post. "Anonymous tips can be submitted by texting CRANSTONPD with your tip to 847411."
