Wanted Coventry Vandal Nabbed In Traffic Court: Cops

The Coventry man was wanted on a vandalism or malicious damage to property charge, police said.

A Coventry man wanted on a charge of vandalism or malicious damage to property was arrested at the Rhode Island Traffic Tribunal, police said.

Terrance Slattery, 49, was arrested about 9 a.m. Friday, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.

Slattery was wanted in connection with a Cranston Police Department case, according to the release.

"The arrest was a result of Mr. Slattery responding to Rhode Island Traffic Tribunal and being taken into custody," the release said.

Slattery was processed at the Scituate Barracks and taken to the Cranston Police Department, according to the release.
