Wanted Wakefield Pair Picked Up During Warrant Check In Exeter: Cops

An Exeter man was arrested as well, police said.

EXETER, RI β€” A man and woman from Wakefield wanted on warrants were apprehended Monday, police said.

Anatoly Impagliazzo, 31, and Sydney Stedman, 30, were arrested about 12:45 p.m. by troopers executing a warrant check at a residence on Mockingbird Drive in Exeter, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.

A resident of the Mockingbird Drive address, Todd Byers, 53, was also arrested, the release said.

Impagliazzo was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and on a warrant charging him with failing to appear in court, according to the release.

Stedman was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and on warrants charging her with failing to appear in court and violating her probation, the release said.

Byers was arrested on charges of possession of firearms by certain persons prohibited, manufacturing, delivering or possessing with intent to deliver fentanyl, possession of crack cocaine, and obstructing an officer in the execution of duty, according to the release.

Impagliazzo, Stedman and Byers were processed at the Hope Valley Barracks, arraigned by a justice of the peace and taken to the Adult Correctional Institutions, the release said.
