Painting Portraits with Four Colors

Find out how easy it is to paint portraits when you use a
limited palette of only 4 colors. This is the palette made famous by Anders Zorn. First we will create a color chart, then we’ll paint from a model. You’ll see how effective these colors can be for flesh and hair. Oils and acrylics welcome. Open to all levels. Students who are repeating this class may skip the first class (where color charts are explored) and receive a 25% discount.

Instructor Kathy Weber has a BFA in painting from U/Mass Dartmouth and has  extensive experience as an illustrator and commercial artist. She exhibits her work in Rhode Island, Boston and Philadelphia. See weberstudio.blogspot.com.
