📰 News we're reading
• Barrington energy aggregation program's winter rate on the rise (eastbayri.com) — Barrington's community electricity program is raising its winter rate, but officials say it will still undercut Rhode Island Energy's supply while adding extra local renewable power. Narragansett is one of eight Rhode Island towns in this aggregation, meaning residents can choose higher-renewable options, switch plans anytime, and still receive state bill credits that help offset winter costs.
