The application deadline was extended to March 10 for the vacant South Kingstown school committee position.

SOUTH KINGSTOWN SCHOOL COMMITTEE: This vacancy exists as a result of the resignation of one member of the School Committee. The school committee shall determine and control all policies affecting the administration, maintenance and operation of the public schools, and shall have all the powers and be subject to all the duties as prescribed by the laws of the state. The appointment is for one member to fill an interim appointment until November, 2024. Application deadline EXTENDED until 4pm Friday, March 10th and the Town Council will contact candidates and conduct interviews on Monday, March 13th.
