Providence Man Wanted For Failing To Stop After Accident Pulled Over And Arrested: Cops
The Providence man was arrested during a traffic stop, police said.
PROVIDENCE, RI — A Providence man wanted on a charge of failing to stop for an accident was pulled over and arrested, police said.
Dana Watts, 51, was arrested shortly after 1:30 a.m. Sunday during a traffic stop on Broadway Street in Providence, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
Watts was arrested on a warrant charging him with failure to stop for an accident resulting in damage to an attended vehicle and driving with a suspended license, according to the release.

Watts was processed at state police headquarters, arraigned by a justice of the peace and transported to the Adult Correctional Institutions Men's Intake where he was held as a probation violator, the release said.
