📰 News we're reading
• North Providence Man Wanted on Breaking And Entering, Conspiracy Charges Captured: Cops (patch.com) — Warwick drivers on Bald Hill Road may have noticed police activity early Tuesday when state troopers stopped and arrested an 18-year-old North Providence man wanted on breaking and entering, conspiracy, and obstruction charges. Authorities say the arrest in Warwick was tied to a Pawtucket Police case, and the suspect was later turned over to Pawtucket officers for further processing.

• New NEIT, Electric Boat facility will train thousands of employees (wpri.com) — A major expansion at New England Tech's Warwick campus will soon triple training space and prepare about 3,000 people a year for skilled jobs at Electric Boat. The new SAIL facility, backed by Navy and company funding, will offer hands-on instruction in trades like welding and shipfitting, strengthening Warwick's role in Rhode Island's defense manufacturing pipeline through at least 2027 and beyond.
