Students in the School District of Pickens County Cast Their Ballots

Many schools in the district hosted mock elections last week.  These mock elections helped our students understand the process and importance of voting.  As educators we want to ensure that our students understand the privilege we  have to vote for local, state, and federal positions.  We encourage our students to review each candidate's platform and make an informed decision prior to casting their ballot. While students enjoyed the process, we hope that they learned through this experience.  We hope you will vote on Tuesday, November 6th.
